What Delivery Service(s) do FixFirm offer?
Our next day, nationwide delivery service is provided by Parcelforce & Tuffnells who enable us to provide you with a reasonably priced, consistent delivery service.
We can deliver bulky products and items that are up to six metres long. For larger consignments, we use a reliable pallet network with book-in and tail-lift options, if required.
FixFirm will do all we can to ensure our goods arrive with you on time and in good condition. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery on the designated delivery day, that there is adequate access to sites and suitable hard standing for delivery vehicles. We reserve the right to make additional charges for attempted deliveries or excessive waiting times.
For orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Guernsey, please allow up to 2-3 working days from placing your order.
Can I track my order?

Can I order and pick up my goods on the same day?
Yes, our Trade Counter ‘Fast Lane’ Service allows you to do this.
Simply place your order by phone, fax or email and we’ll have it ready for you to collect when you arrive. Our Lincoln based Trade Counter and Distribution Centre is open from 7 am to 5 pm with on-site parking at Pyke Rd, Lincoln, LN6 3QS.
Our trade counter service provides you with access to a friendly and efficient service and advice. Please note - ideally we ask for 30 minutes’ notice to be sure you aren’t kept waiting.
How do I return faulty items?
If you do receive some items that are faulty then, please give us a call and we arrange for the items to be collected from you. If you inform by 10 am we will endeavour to pick up and the goods the same day. If required, we will also send replacement items on the same day and re-credit your account once we have received and checked the faulty items.
Do you offer the Same day or Specialist Deliveries?
FixFirm recognises there are times when a special Same day or night time delivery is required to keep projects moving! Please contact our sales team who will be happy to explore costs and options with you to meet your urgent requirements.
Do you offer International Deliveries?
FixFirm predominantly serves the UK market but we can supply items internationally. Additional freight and possibly customs charges may apply for International deliveries, we advise you check this prior to placing an order.
