Next Day Nationwide Delivery

Our delivery service is provided by Parcelforce & Tuffnells Carrier, who enable us to provide you with a reasonably priced, consistent delivery service.

We can deliver bulky products and items that are up to six metres long. For larger consignments, we use a reliable pallet network with book-in and tail-lift options, if required.

For orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Guernsey, please allow up to 2-3 working days from placing your order. See below for more information regarding these areas.

Delivery Methods

Our delivery service is normally provided by Parcelforce & Tuffnells Carrier, who enable us to provide you with a reasonably priced, consistent delivery service.

We can deliver bulky products and items that are up to six metres long. For larger consignments, we use a reliable pallet network with book-in and tail-lift options, if required. On larger bulky orders they may at times not be covered by our next day before noon service. Please check with us when placing your order if you require specific information on this.

Please note - there are some areas for example; Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Guernsey where it’s not possible for us to provide next day delivery without special arrangements. Please check with us when placing your order. There may also be additional carriage costs for deliveries to these areas. For items over 1m or large bulk/heavy items it may not be possible for us to deliver outside of mainland UK. Please contact us to discuss this before ordering and we will see what we can do to help you.

FixFirm do all we can to ensure our goods arrive with you on time and in good condition. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery on the designated delivery day, that there is adequate access to site and suitable hard standing for delivery vehicles. We reserve the right to make additional charges for attempted deliveries or excessive waiting times. 

Sameday or Specialist Deliveries

FixFirm recognises there are times when a special Sameday or even Nightime deliveries are required to keep projects moving! Please contact our sales team who will be happy to explore costs and options with you to meet your urgent requirements.

International Deliveries

FixFirm predominantly serves the UK market but we can supply items internationally. Additional freight and possibly customs charges may apply for International deliveries, we advise you check this prior to placing an order.

Trade Counter Service

Open from 7am to 5pm with on-site parking, our trade counter service provides you with access to a friendly and efficient service and advice. We also have a wide range of power tools on display for you to try before you buy.

Fast Lane Counter Service

Not got time to wait for your order to be picked? Need your item(s) in a matter of minutes?

Arrange for your order to be ready for collection as soon as you arrive with our fast lane counter service. Simply place your order by phone, fax or email and we’ll have it ready for you to collect when you arrive.

Please note - ideally we ask for 30 minutes’ notice to be sure you aren’t kept waiting.
