This range of Socket Screws is made from 45H grade High Tensile Steel to DIN916. They are sometimes also known as allen screws. Being made from high grade steel means they are a strong fastener ideal for demanding applications such as; engineering, toolmaking, automotive, furniture production etc.
- Socket Set screws are easily tightened using a hexagon wrench key.
- Usually supplied as Plain Cup Point style
- They are measured overall for the length
- The hexagon wrench sizes required are;- M3–1.5mm,M4–2mm, M5–2.5mm, M6–3mm, M8–4mm, M10–5mm, M12–6mm, M16–8mm.
- Also available in Stainless steel in some sizes.
