Our Brass Half Lock nuts are often used in conjunction with a hexagon full nut to create a locking connection. Also known as a half nut, thin nut, or jam/lock nut.
often used in electrical installations and connections. Also suitable for use in damp environments.
For marine applications or other highly corrosive environments we recommend the use of our A4 (316) Stainless Steel products instead of A2 (304) Stainless grade.
