FixFirm are proud to support National Apprenticeship Week 2019 and strongly believe in investing and developing young people through UK Apprenticeships.

Over the past 4 years, we have offered school and college leavers Apprenticeships within sales, marketing (social media), customer service, accounts and warehousing, ranging from 12 months up to 18 months. At present, a third of our current workforce are in an Apprenticeship or have completed one!

How do Apprentices benefit your business?

Hiring an Apprentice is a productive and effective way for any organisation to grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce.

Research has shown that employers who have an established Apprenticeship programme reported that productivity in their workplace had improved by 76% whilst 75% reported that apprenticeships improved the quality of their product or service.
